Semi Near-Miss Backs Up I-25 Traffic In Casper

Traffic on Interstate 25 is delayed, as a semi driver narrowly missed hitting an overpass. The driver of a semi apparently realized his load was too tall to fit under the railroad overpass on Interstate 25 in Casper Monday morning
