			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to Kenny King with the Casper Fire Department, the latest concern with the fire on the 700 block of St. Mary Street in north Casper is some possible pressurized oxygen cylinders located within the houses. Because of fuel loading in the two houses, the Fire Department plans to contain the fire and let it burn out. King points out that this containment process will continue through the night.
