CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Firefighters are making progress containing a wildfire in Converse County that has burned more than 10 square miles. The Little Boxelder Fire, about 10 miles south of Glenrock, destroyed an abandoned structure, but homes are no longer threatened thanks to firefighter's efforts.

GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) — A Gillette woman is voicing concern about what she considers to be the premature prison release of the drunken driver who killed her 10-year-old daughter.
