In August, Joshua Crook took his ex-girlfriend in her car, fired shots out the window at her current boyfriend who was following in a pickup, and led police on a high-speed chase through central Casper.

On May 26, Jackson pleaded guilty to the count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Early on Dec. 18, Joshua Crook was located and arrested at a local motel and has been in custody since then.

Joshua Crook, wanted for several crimes, was not among those in a house that was the subject of an armed standoff on Nov. 16.

32-year-old Billy Martin was charged in Natrona County Circuit Court on Thursday with two separate felonies.

"Mr. Crook is alleged to have stolen vehicles, eluded multiple attempts by law enforcement to capture him, and taken actions that put the general public in danger," Casper Police wrote.
