Leading up to the Sugarland concert at the Indiana State Fair the temperature started dropping and the winds came up. A series of  winds gusts, including some estimated over 60 mph, toppled the stage. At last report 49 people were transported to the hospital. 4 people died at the scene and another later at the hospital. The Indiana State Fair reopens today.
