A New Mexico man has pleaded not guilty to felony charges including arson and conspiracy in connection with the 2010 fire that heavily damaged a landmark hotel in Cheyenne.
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The company that insured the Hitching Post in Cheyenne accuses the Wyoming hotel's owners of conspiring to burn the property to collect $13.6 million in insurance money.
