Gov. To Give Award To Wounded Park Ranger

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Gov. Matt Mead will honor a park ranger with Wyoming State Parks and Cultural Resources who was wounded by a gunman last year at Glendo Reservoir.

The Associated Press says that Philip Martindale will receive the American Police Hall of Fame's Law Enforcement Purple Heart on Thursday in the governor's office
