			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A conference call between water managers, first responders  and agencies up and down the North Platte  river confirmed the expectation that water will begin to spill out of Pathfinder reservoir late Sunday.</p>
<p>Lt Stew Anderson, Natrona County Emergency Manager says release out of Grey Reef will follow.</p>
<p>"They'll start increasing the flows out of Greyreef Reservoir starting on the 25th to the 28th."</p>
