In a summer of historic (and in some cases tragic) flooding in and around Yellowstone National Park, there's one moment that I can share that's been positive. Visitors to the park captured video of an elk calf successfully crossing the raging Yellowstone River.
A new video was recently posted to viral video sharing YouTube channel, ViralHog, showing a heroic gentleman saving an elk that had a bag stuck on its head. However, many have been wondering if the man should have risked his personal safety.
I half-expected to hear Looney Tunes music playing in the background. Hunters just shared video showing a wolf chasing a coyote while a bull elk and grizzly watched in Yellowstone National Park.
