WASHINGTON (AP) — Secretary of Education Arne Duncan is urging Congress to avoid across-the-board cuts that he says would harm the Education Department's ability to provide for the neediest students in the next school year
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan says Wyoming will receive $1.1 million to turn around its persistently lowest-achieving schools.
The money comes from the Education Department's School Improvement Grants program
