T-Birds Split with Miles City

The Casper College women's basketball team earned their 23rd win of the year against just 2 losses with a 65-50 win over Miles City, Montana at the Erickson Gym on Wednesday. The Lady T-Birds are ranked 17th in the nation and received 21 points from Ashlie Larson who went 6-15 from 3 point land. Casper won this game despite shooting just 33% from the field for the game and 31% in the 2nd half.

The Casper College men lost to Miles City on Wednesday 71-62 to drop to 17-8 on the year. The T-Birds were down by 15 in the 2nd half and cut the gap to 3 but never could get over the hump. Casper was just 4-20 from the 3 point line and were led in scoring by Antun Maricevic who threw in 24 points on 10-11 from the field. Isaiah Banks chipped in 16. Both of the Casper College teams will be at home on Saturday to meet Western Wyoming.
