T-Birds Host 48th Annual Thanksgiving Classic

The Casper College men's basketball team will host the 48th annual Thanksgiving Classic tournament beginning on Thursday at the Erickson Gym. The T-Birds will play Colorado Northwestern on Thursday night at 7:30. Followed by a contest with Dakota College on Friday at 6:00pm. The tourney wraps up Saturday evening at 5:00pm as Casper will take on Eastern Wyoming. The T-Birds are 6-1 on the year after two wins in the Miles City, Montana tournament over the weekend. On Friday, Casper scorched Dakota College 110-56 with 5 players in double figures led by Braxton Bertolette with 22 points. On Saturday, Casper put 77 points on the board in the first half to drill Little Big Horn 129-39. Bertolette had 21, Keiron Goodwin with 26 and Philip Pepple chipped in 19.
