T-Bird Volleyballer’s Looking to Rebound

The Casper College volleyball team absorbed their 4th loss in a row as they were defeated by Sheridan College on Tuesday night at the Erickson Gym 3-0. The match was tight but the Lady Generals made plays when they had to, winning it 28-26, 25-18 and 25-23. It's been a rough stretch for Casper College with a 3-2 road loss to Eastern Wyoming last week; 22-25, 25-18, 25-16, 23-25 and 15-13. In addition to that, the T-Birds dropped a 3 games to none decision to a very good LCCC team in Cheyenne 25-15, 25-16 and 25-19. On Saturday, C.C. played a couple of matches in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, losing to McCook 3-1 and Western Nebraska 3-0. The Birds are 7-13 on the year with 9 defeats in their last 11 matches. Casper College will be at home to meet Northwest of Powell on Saturday afternoon.
