A year long investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies has resulted in the arrest of 13 Casper residents charged with being part of a methamphetamine distribution ring.

The state Division of Criminal Investigation led the probe along with the DEA and local Casper and Natrona County law enforcement.

The 13 are Elizabeth Stultz, Kaleb Gallegos, Bradley Shepherd, Preston Montoya, Vanessa Miller, Joe Montoya, Theresa Porter, Joseph McNaughton, John Faulkner, Chad Erickson, Sunny Sisneros, Beverly Hicks and Amanda Gill.

A stabbing incident in Rawlins and overdoses in Casper were among the incidents that are tied to the alleged ring.

The meth was allegedly obtained in Utah and distributed in the Casper area. Police say most of the suspects have confessed.
