High pressure will be the main weather feature throughout the state of Wyoming today.  There will be only a small chance for showers and thunderstorms across far western and northern portions of the state today.  Otherwise, expect plenty of sunshine, breezy to gusty winds, and mainly dry weather conditions.  Temperatures will also be very warm to hot and near or slightly above normal.  Expect daytime highs in the 80's to lower 90's.  An upper-level weather system will approach the region on Friday.  Monsoonal moisture will also begin to be funneled into the region.  Expect early sunshine and then clouds will thicken during the afternoon and evening hours.  There will also be a chance for late-day showers and thunderstorms statewide.  Watch out for hail, gusty winds, and brief periods of heavy rain with any storm that develops.  Seasonably warm temperatures will continue for the end of the work week.  This passing weather system and monsoonal moisture will continue to control the weather across the state into the start of the weekend.  Expect partly sunny skies, scattered showers and thunderstorms, and slightly cooler temperatures statewide on Saturday.
