The main weather feature across southeast Wyoming today will be strong winds and slowly moderating temperatures.  As this arctic air mass finally starts to exit the region, temperatures will gradually return to more normal ranges.  Expect highs to rise into the 20's to 30's through today and tomorrow.  Then further into the 30's by Thursday and Friday.  Strong winds persist again today, with some very high gusting across some of the more wind-prone areas.  Travelers driving between Casper and Cheyenne on I-25 need to use extra caution, as high winds will last through this afternoon.  Travelers driving between Cheyenne and Laramie will also need to use extra caution, especially those in light and high profile vehicles.  High pressure will linger overhead with plenty of sunshine for the rest of today.
