Northwest flow across much of Wyoming will continue to bring chilly temperatures, breezy to gusty winds and scattered mountain snow showers.   Expect partial sunshine across central and southeast Wyoming for the most part today.  The mountains and higher terrain could see a few snow showers at times.  Winds will be strong and gusty, especially across some of the more wind-prone areas and south of I-80.   Overnight temperatures tonight will drop into the 20's and teens.  Temperatures will warm up by Wednesday afternoon, with highs in the 40's to low 50's.
