Westerly winds will be found throughout much of the state today, which allows temperatures to become not as cold and remain near or slightly below average.  Daytime highs will be in the 30's with some 40's possible.  There will be a very small chance for flurries or light snow across far northeastern parts of the state this evening and overnight as weather system cuts through this area.  Otherwise, expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions throughout the rest of the state.  The main concern today will be windy conditions throughout central and southeastern Wyoming.  Most locations will see gusts between 35 and 50 mph, while wind prone areas of I-25 (Colorado state line to Glendo) and I-80 (Cheyenne to Arlington) could see gusts between 50 and 60 mph.  Expect more sun than clouds, seasonal temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions for much of the state again on Wednesday.  Winds will remain strong with gusts between 35 and 50 mph.
