State Fair And Stock Growers Mark Anniversaries

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming State Fair is marking its 100th anniversary this week, while at the same time the Wyoming Stock Growers Association is celebrating its 140th year.

The Stock Growers Association says it has supported the State Fair since the very beginning and has a booth at this year's fair.

During the fair, the Stock Growers Association will be offering a membership promotion. Any person that becomes a WSGA producer member or an associate member will receive a complementary supporting membership to give to the person of their choice.

The State Fair runs through Saturday in Douglas.
