Voters head to the polls on Tuesday, August 21st, for the primary election, but some might want to check to make sure their polling location hasn't changed.

Legislative redistricting is now in effect for the upcoming election season.

Boundary lines for state senate and house districts were redrawn this past legislative session, in order to comply with the numbers from the 2010 u.s. census.

Natrona County Clerk Renea Vitto says there were not many changes in the county, although a few residents on the east and south side of Casper, have been notified of a change in voting location.

"Around Kelly Walsh, Pineview, those polling places. some were done in the 19 district which is Seventh Day Adventist Church, if that is your polling place, that would be one of them that did had some district changes."

Vitto says there was one voting location changed that was not due to redistricting.

Those that were to vote at Southridge Elementary School, now have to go to the Natrona County Fairgrounds, because the new school building is under construction.

If you're unsure of where to vote, you can contact the Natrona County Clerk's Office at 307-235-9206.
