Smoking Ban Reaction-Morning Update [AUDIO]
A Casper-based anti-smoking group says it’s upset with Casper City Council’s recent decision to reevaluate the city’s month’s old smoking ban. Some state lawmakers have come out against a measure to make clear that schools have the right to teach classes about the Bible.
