Smoking Ban Passes Third Reading-Morning Update [AUDIO]
Consistent with the first two readings, an indoor public smoking ban for the city of Casper passed on a 6-2 vote at Tuesday nights city council meeting. More experienced fire managers and crews have taken over the fight of the Russell’s Camp fire in Converse County.
