Sheridan’s Chance Ames Takes 2nd in the Bareback at Ropin’ and Riggin’ Rodeo

Chance Ames sealed the lock on a Central Rocky Mountain Region bareback riding title a week early. The Sheridan General has spurred to a lead of 220 points over the #2 man and the most points available in one college rodeo is 180. Ames is a Wyoming native and he won the Casper College event last weekend to help his men's team keep the top spot in the region with one rodeo to go. Sheridan's bull riders pushed back into the act in Casper with strong performances on Triple V Rodeo Co. livestock across the board from Garrett Uptain and K's Thomson who moved up to # 3 in the region.
