A couple of Generals made four-star appearances to finish the fall rodeo season in the Central Rocky Mountain Region. Sheridan College's Lane Schuelke and Coby Johnson won their respective events at the Shawn Dubie Memorial Rodeo in Cheyenne last weekend. Schuelke spurred to the top of the regional standings in saddle bronc riding while Johnson leads everyone riding bulls. Generals rough-stock riders have positioned the Sheridan men's team #2 in the region going into the winter break. Summit Pro Rodeo sent out a string of strong buckers that threw everyone early until Schuelke got his chance on Sunday. The Newell, South Dakota man not only leads the CRMR but is the #2 bronc rider in the college nation. Johnson, a Sheridan College freshman from Idaho, spun to the #3 college bull riding position in the country by staying on for 78 points on Sunday in Cheyenne.
