A Casper man is admitting he had children and drugs in his home.

Twenty-eight year old Shane Doyal has pleaded guilty to three charges of child endangerment meth and one charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Prosecutors say in April, officials with the department of criminal investigations went to arrest Doyal's roommate, Dionn Jobe, on a conspiracy charge, and upon further investigation, they found drug paraphernalia inside the residence, on the 500 block of West Shore Road.

There were also three children living inside the residence at the time.

As part of a plea deal, there is a no pen cap set for Doyal, and he could receive up to five years in prison, when he is sentenced.

Meanwhile, Jobe has pleaded not guilty to similar charges.
