A weak ridge of high pressure will build over the state of Wyoming for much of today.  This allows skies to stay mostly sunny and conditions remain mainly dry, except across far northwestern portions of the state.  Temperatures will also become more mild and closer to average statewide.  A fast-moving weather system will then cut through northeastern Wyoming this evening and overnight.  Winds will increase and become strong throughout eastern Wyoming with gusts between 40 and 50 mph.  Daytime highs will stay in the 50's with temperatures tonight falling back into the 20's and 30's.  Windy conditions continue across eastern parts of the state through late morning/early afternoon on Wednesday.  We will continue to see winds gusts as high as 50 mph.  Otherwise, expect minimal cloudiness, seasonal temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions.
