Scattered snow showers will continue to bring fresh snow to portions of the state today.  Central and south central Wyoming and the mountains will be in the best position for additional accumulations.  A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect  through late this afternoon for portions of south central Wyoming including the Sierra Madre and Snowy Ranges.  The snow is compliments of a weather disturbance moving through the atmosphere.  Travelers will need to watch out for a few slick spots on the roads.

The weather becomes a bit more settled over the next couple of days.  Friday will feature additional light snow showers in the state’s mountain ranges, with most other locations  staying dry.  Temperatures will be mainly in the teens and 20s.  Saturday looks drier statewide.
