Psychotic episodes are just one more reason to steer clear of meth.

According to Casper Police, on Tuesday evening, Kazel Wallace's alleged bizarre half-naked rampage through downtown Casper highlights one of the more serious and dangerous effects of methamphetamines.

Patty Linville is the supervisor of the residential facility at the Central Wyoming Counseling Center.

Linville says that the report of Wallace's experience is generally non-typical, but it is one of the inherent dangers of meth.

Extreme, paranoia and psychosis are just a couple of the side-effects of methamphetamine abuse and just one usage can cause permanent damage.
