Casper Police say sometime after 9pm on Monday, February 22nd, officers were called to a house on the 1000 block of Fremont Avenue, for a report of a disturbance.

Halsey's wife told police that the disturbance happened after she requested that Halsey attend marriage counseling with her, and then Halsey became upset and starting breaking things in the house.

She said Halsey was not drunk or under the influence of any drugs or medications.

Officers tried to interview Halsey in regards to what had happened, but he became confrontational and irate.

He was then arrested and taken to jail.

Halsey is awaiting trial on $5,000 bond, and could face up to five years in prison, if convicted.
