A very strong ridge of high pressure will remain settled over the state of Wyoming today and Thursday.  However, there will be a small supply of moisture that is transferred into western Wyoming by Thursday due to an approaching low pressure system.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, breezy to gusty winds, and warmer than normal temperatures statewide today and Thursday.  Conditions will stay dry across Wyoming today.  There will be just a small chance for showers and thunderstorms across western, southwestern, and south-central.  A low pressure system will then hover over the state on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  This will bring cooler temperatures and a good chance for rain showers, thunderstorms, and mountain snow.
