The "cut-off" low pressure system that has been the main weather feature for the past several days will finally start to move out of the region today.  For northern and central portions of the state, expect increasing sunshine, light to breezy winds, and mainly dry weather conditions.  For southern portions of the state, expect more clouds than sun with a chance for showers and mountain/higher elevation snow.  This could make roads become wet at times.  The only other minor travel concern will be the possibility of morning and overnight fog, mainly in western and southern portions of the state.  Temperatures will be warmer and closer to average statewide today, with highs in the 40's to lower 60's.  A ridge of high pressure will then build over the state on Thursday and Friday.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, warmer than normal temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions.
