The state of Wyoming will be in between weather systems today.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, light to breezy winds, and mainly dry weather conditions across the entire state.  Temperatures will be cold but close to average, with highs in the 30's and 40's.  The only travel concern today will be lingering wet to slick spots through mid-day due to recent snowfall, especially along the higher elevations of I-80.  An upper-level weather system will then move across the state on Wednesday.  This will create mid and high-level cloudiness statewide and there will also be a chance for rain and snow showers.  Watch out for redeveloping wet to slick spots for the middle of the work week.  Higher pressure will then bring warmer and drier weather to the region on Thursday and Friday.
