A large trough of low pressure continues to control the weather across the entire Rockies and Plains today through Friday.  Within this large weather system, there will be faster and weaker weather disturbances and cold fronts that pass through the state of Wyoming during this time.  Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies, breezy to strong winds, and daily chances for snow or a rain/snow mix statewide during this time.  The main concern will be slick and icy spots, especially early and late in the day.  There could also be some isolated areas of blowing snow, mainly over the higher elevations of I-80.  Temperatures will be significantly colder and closer to average for the rest of this week, with highs in the 30's and 40's.  By the upcoming weekend, higher pressure will bring warmer and more settled weather to the state.
