Refinery Fire Injures Worker

SINCLAIR, Wyo. (AP) — Investigators are looking for the cause of a flash fire at a Carbon County refinery after a contract worker was injured.

The worker was taken to Memorial Hospital of Carbon County on Tuesday after the fire at Sinclair Refinery.

Sinclair Community Relations Director Ryta Sondergard says the fire was extinguished within minutes and production was not expected to be affected by the fire and brief shutdown.
