A Casper man involved in a fatal crash last year is now admitting to it.

Thirty-four year old Randall George has pleaded guilty to one charge of aggravated vehicular homicide.

Investigators say in late September, officers were called to a two-vehicle head-on crash on West 13th Street near the Wyoming Boulevard intersection.

Seventy-six year old Thomas Manning Junior was declared dead at the scene.

Several witnesses told police that a short time before the crash, George was driving westbound in the eastbound lane of West 13th.

The onboard airbag control module in George’s vehicle indicated he was going 72 miles-per-hour about 1.5 seconds before the crash and 59 miles per hour at the time of impact.

George admitted to paramedics that he had been drinking and tests showed that he had a blood-alcohol content of .20 at the time.

He is free on $20,000 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.

He could face up to 20 years in prison.
