With high pressure still in place, the weather across the state will not change much from day to day.  Conditions are expected to stay dry today through Saturday.  Do be aware, however, of some stronger winds out of the west to southwest today and then again Friday.  In portions of central and southeastern Wyoming the wind could gust up to 30 mph at times.  However, it will be this wind and the sun that will make for mild temperatures this afternoon.  Daytime highs will be in the 40s and 50s to perhaps near 60 degrees around the Torrington area.  The wind will take a bit of a break just in time for Thanksgiving Day.  Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies today through Satur

day.
