High pressure will build over the state of Wyoming today, which will keep skies sunny to mostly sunny and conditions mainly dry.  Winds, however, could be strong and gusty today, especially throughout central and southeastern portions of the state.  Parts of I-80 (Cheyenne to Rawlins) and I-25 (Colorado state line to Casper) could see winds gust as high as 45 mph.  Temperatures will also become cooler statewide due to a cool front the passed through the region yesterday.  Daytime highs will be in the 40's to 50's in the mountains with 50's and 60's possible across the plains.  High pressure will continue to control the weather on Thursday and Friday.  This will allow temperatures to warm up and reach above normal ranges.  Conditions remain mainly dry, but winds will continue to be strong with gusts as high as 45 mph.
