Putnam Arraigned On Fleeing Charges-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

A Casper man has pleaded not guilty to 6 charges after trying to flee from police. Natrona County citizens taking part in the taskforce looking into the idea of a new county library, made their first decision Monday night.
