Police Investigate Incident at Goofy’s Bar

The Cheyenne Police Department continues to investigate an incident that occurred March 31 at Goofy’s bar located at 2801 East Lincolnway.Spokesman Officer Dan Long says at approximately 2:50 a.m. officers arrived on scene and found three people had been hit by a vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was driven by Julia Big Crow, 20, of Cheyenne, who had been involved in an altercation inside the bar prior to the incident. Shortly after the incident, officers found Big Crow’s vehicle at Omaha and Henderson. The vehicle had extensive damage.The three injured people were transported to the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center by ambulance. Their current condition is unknown. Big Crow was arrested and booked into the Laramie County Detention Facility on aggravated assault charges and is being held pending additional charges including attempted manslaughter.
