Perry Bruce Sr. Pleads Not Guilty To Having Sex With Minor

A Casper man has been charged after investigators say he had sex with a teenage girl.

Perry Bruce Senior has pleaded not guilty to two charges of first degree sexual assault, and two charges of first degree sexual assault of a minor.

Investigators say the incidents happened several times, most recently in October 2011.

At that time, the victim was thirteen years of age.

Prosecutors say Bruce eventually admitted to detectives what had happened.

He remains jailed on seventy-five thousand dollars bond awaiting trial.

He could face up to fifty years in prison if convicted.
