An upper-level weather system will approach the state of Wyoming today and then continue to slowly move across the region on Saturday.  Monsoonal moisture will also be transferred into the area during this time.  Expect increasing clouds, breezy to gusty winds, and late-day showers and thunderstorms today.  Temperatures will also remain warm and near average, with daytime highs in the 70's and 80's.  We will see partly sunny skies and even more showers and thunderstorms on Saturday.  Temperatures will be not as hot for the start of the weekend, but it will still be close to the average for this time of year.  Any storm that develops today or Saturday could be strong to severe and capable of producing hail, gusty winds, and brief periods of heavy rain.  Higher pressure will then build over the state on Sunday.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with seasonably warm temperatures.  However, there will still be a small chance for showers and thunderstorms as a small supply of monsoonal moisture continues to be funneled into the region.
