Partly Sunny & Milder Today, Chance For Isolated Showers & T-Storms

An upper-level weather system and cool front will continue to slowly move across the state of Wyoming today.  Monsoonal moisture will also be transferred into the region.  Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies, breezy to gusty winds, and isolated showers and thunderstorms statewide.  Any storm that develops could be capable of producing hail, gusty winds, lots of lightning, and brief periods of heavy rain.  Temperatures will also be milder and near or slightly below normal across the state today, with daytime highs in the 60's and 70's.  Some 80's could also be possible in the far eastern Plains.  Higher pressure will then build over the region on Friday and Saturday, which will keep skies sunny to mostly sunny.  Temperatures will remain seasonably warm on Friday and then become unseasonably hot again by Saturday.  There will also only be a minimal chance for showers and thunderstorms during this time due to some lingering low-level moisture and daytime heating.
