On Sunday July 20th, 2014 at 5:10 in the morning, a bicyclist was traveling east on CY Avenue, near the area of Paradise Drive. An unknown vehicle struck the bicyclist with the passenger side mirror. The collision caused the bicyclist to crash. The driver of the vehicle continued driving and did not stop.
