Opposition To Smoking Ban Goes Before City Council-Morning Update [AUDIO]

Opposition to a proposed indoor smoking ban for the city of Casper got an informal hearing at Tuesday evening's city council meeting. A preliminary report on a Teton County search and rescue helicopter crash that killed a volunteer rescuer is expected later this week.
