Officials with the Natrona County School District say parents will be able to enroll their students into district schools online beginning this Friday.

“Online enrollment is the open window for parents who are new to the district with incoming kindergarten students, students who will be going into sixth grade or ninth grade, and students who wish to change schools,” district registrar Beverly Jackson said on Wednesday.

Jackson says the school enrollment system will remain operational through the end of the month.

“The system is turned on at 12:01 a.m. (on Friday), it is not first-come-first-serve, and you can go online any time between the 17th and the last day of January,” Jackson said. “It shuts off at 11:59 p.m. on the 31st.”

District officials say class enrollment will occur later this year.
