Not As Windy Today; Mostly Sunny & Dry!

It will not be as windy today across the Cowboy state, though expect gusts between 15 to 25 mph at times through this afternoon, especially over central and southeast regions.  Not a bad day for early fall!  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies and statewide temperatures staying mostly in the 60's to low 70's.  Comfortable conditions, and a beautiful afternoon.  Too bad for many of us who work inside on a day like this!  Another nice day is expected tomorrow, as high pressure continues to be the main weather feature.  Thursday and Friday, moisture from a low pressure system (to our south) will bring the chance for rain showers to more of the state.  The weekend looks like only a small chance for showers, then early next week we see a big change in the overall weather pattern!
