High pressure will be the main weather feature across the state of Wyoming today.  We will see sunny to mostly sunny skies, breezy to gusty winds, and mainly dry weather conditions during the day.  Temperatures will also be not as cold and closer to average statewide, with daytime highs in the 30's and 40's.  Expect increasing clouds throughout the state tonight as an Arctic cold front approaches the area.  Light snow will be possible in the late evening and overnight hours for northern and central Wyoming and will then develop for the rest of the state by early Wednesday morning.  Light snow or brief snow showers will continue statewide on Wednesday.  Lower elevations will see around 1-3" and possibly up to 4" for some areas, while 3-5" of new snow will be possible across higher elevations and the mountains.  Daytime highs (20's and 30's) will occur early on Wednesday morning and temperatures will only fall for the rest of the day.  Bitterly cold temperatures and light snow showers are expected on Thursday.
