No Referendum On Smoking Ban-Morning Update [AUDIO]

A referendum on the city of Casper’s recently created public indoor smoking ban won’t happen. The U.S. Department of Education says the Wyoming Department of Education that it should continue administering the PAWS Tests for high school juniors.
