A Casper man accused of robbing another man at gunpoint, has entered a plea in court.

Twenty-five year old Nicholaus Harford has pleaded not guilty to one charge of aggravated robbery,

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say in middle September, the victim was cleaning out a friend's car near the intersection of East 4th and South Park Streets, when he heard footsteps behind him and a male voice saying "give me your money."

The victim turned around, saw two men later determined to be Harford and 22-year old Andrew Melikian, with a handgun pointed at him, and a bandanna covering their faces.

Harford and Melikian took the victim's wallet and cell phone.

Police learned that there was an attempt to use the victim's debit cards at a gas station, and surveillance video showed 21-year old Raechel Holmes as the one trying to use them, but was not successful.

When interviewed, Holmes said she was contacted by Harford who admitted to the robbery, and then he gave her one of the victim's debit cards to use, but that story changed and Holmes said she was present when the robbery was committed.

Holmes added that Harford, Melikian and herself all planned to use the stolen debit cards.

Officers later recovered a gun (BB gun), and found some methamphetamine in the getaway vehicle.

Harford is being held on $75,000 bond awaiting trial and could face between five-to-25 years in prison if convicted.

Prosecutors say he was on probation in an unrelated matter when this crime was committed.

Meanwhile, Holmes and Melikian are facing charges connected to this case, and are awaiting trial.
