High pressure will start to build over the state of Wyoming today and will remain settled over the region on Friday and for much of the day on Saturday.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions statewide during this time.  Temperatures will be cold, but close to average today with highs in the 20's and 30's.  Warmer than normal temperatures are then expected on Friday and Saturday.  Temperatures will be in the 30's and 40's, with some lower 50's possible in the eastern plains.  Winds will be breezy to gusty today and Friday, but no significant gusting is expected.  However, areas of blowing snow will continue to be found on I-80 from Laramie to Rawlins.  Watch out for periods of reduced visibility and roads will remain slick and icy.  Strong to possibly high winds will then arrive by Saturday.  A low pressure system and cold front will arrive late Saturday into Sunday, which will bring colder and more unsettled weather.
